What Causes Mildly Positive TMT?
Dear sir my tmt shows mildly positive as per dr. ,while during tmt I had no problem at all,and nurse said it is negative , dr advise angiography, all my blood tests are normal , LDL is 113 only.no sugar ,no smoking,no Bp ,Eco test normal, ECG normal, but have mild pain in left neck and some times left chest.no sweating .thanks.

Your symptoms are suggestive of ischemic changes in the heart.I advise you to get an ECG,2 D Echo,lipid profile,hsCRP immediately to confirm the diagnosis.Drugs like clopilet,ecosprin,atorvas will be helpful.Coronary angiogram with or without stenting will be the procedure of choice.
