I am leaking what looks like milk from both breast, my youngest is four months and I stopped breast feeding three months ago....I felt pregnant and took to urine pregnancy test both negative.....that was about two weeks ago....I haven't changed bras, my husband and I haven't been intimate so no breast stimulation and I am not on any medication
Hello there, I understand your concern. Milk discharge from breasts could be due to various reasons in someone like you who has just delivered a baby 4 months ago. Of course stopping breast feeding when you baby was just 1 month old (which is not advisable) is a strong reason why there should be no more milk discharge from breasts. But sometimes the hormonal levels maybe very high and milk discharge ma continue inspite of no suckling by baby. It would be advisable that you visit a gynaecologist who can examine you thoroughly and rule out any other cause of high prolactin levels. Are you getting your periods now? You need to get some blood tests like prolactin to find the cause of breast discharge. Hope this helps. Take care.
