What Causes Mini Cuts On The Penis?

Hello, my bf is worried about his tiny cuts that look like mini cuts on his gential base of his shaft and about having raw anal sex and fear we may become a risk to hiv. I been with him for almost three years now and we haven't been having any problems doing things that way. If we had sex unprotected should we be worried?

1.You been together for quite a long time with unprotected sex, it will partially rule out STD's ( sexually transmitted diseases), it could be local infection / inflammation of the penile gland.
2.The cuts what you see are much prone to catch infections compare to normal.
3.Yes you have to worry to have an unprotected anal sex - which has more possibilities to get infects with any pathogens.
4.Sugget him to maintain local hygiene, clean with warm water, keep the area dry, avoid tight inner wears.
5.Good to get an appointment and see the doctor - even its embarrassing, better to get treated that it get complicated.
