What Causes Minimal Crying In An Infant Along With Mucous Drainage?

My granddaughter is now 8 weeks old and she rarely cries. She was not premature but was a little early and only weighed a little over 5 lbs. at birth. She had some mucus drainage problems, and she cries more now, but not very often, and the cries are somewhat feeble and not full, however, they are getting stronger. Should we be concerned?

I really appreciate your concern, as a matte of fact crying is not the criteria if the child is growing in normal patrons, some time this could be due to natural phenomenon and more precisely it could be physiological one, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
