What Causes Minor Acid Reflux With Breathlessness?
I ve been to doctor, everything normal, lungs clear, minor acid reflux, but I can t breathe, I can t catch my breath I have to concentrate on taking in air or I am always holding my breath. I have a sit down job and its worse when I sit down, the more I move or stand the less it is

If your lungs, heart and blood work is normal, catching breaths may be related to anxiety. So if you are feeling anxious are feeling under stress this may be the cause. You should relax, deep. Breathing and try meditation. Hope it would be better.
