What Causes Minty Taste In Mouth Along With Burning Sensation?

I have a minty taste in my mouth along with burning, like I have burned my mouth. this week I had projectile vomiting and a fecal impaction in my rectum that I had to digitally remove. my entire belly is very sore from below the breast to my pubic area?

Well come to HCM
This could be kind of hallucination some time this is happens due to some stress, do not try to get out the fecal material this may some time cause trauma this would be expelled on its own, try to come out of the stress, then everything would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
