What Causes Miscarriage?

I have been diagnosed with DOR. I am 34, almost 35. Currently 192.5 lbs and 5 5 (gained weight after pregnancy). I have been trying to have a baby since I was 31. I miscarried at 8 wks, had a son with Kleesftra syndrome who passed away at 6 weeks old, and another miscarriage (chemical pregnancy) at 6 weeks. I have had two canceled IVF cycles (we wanted to try to get eggs to freeze and also do PGD testing given our history). The 2nd cycle showed 3 follicles (18 mm, 15 mm and 16 mm) but estrogen was only 340 so doctor canceled saying quality probably poor given the low estrogen and probably wouldn t retrieve anything. Is there anything I can do naturally to improve the response? I am already taking 75 mg DHEA, Pregnitude, 300 mg CoQ10 2x a day, vitamin D and prenatal.

Hi,

I think you should consider donor egg IVF without wasting time. You can take pentoxifylline, Trental, vitamin E as supplements. Better to lose at least 10 lbs weight if possible.

I would suggest a donor egg and donor sperm IVF if any of these below are significant. How old is your partner? Is he evaluated? Is there any history of anomalous babies or recurrent abortions in your or your partner's family?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
