What Causes Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage at 46 and 3/4. , and then the Dr. in the hospital gave me a drug called cyclocaprone here in yorkton sas, telling me that it will stop the misscairage, after idemanded some help i got there in time by ambulence, this was my second pregnancy, but i do not nore have i ever showed positive on hospital preg tests and they argued with me that i was not pregnant, in my first preganacy i was 5 months and stil negative but i have the first reponce test from the second one it is positive, and saw the ffirst preg baby on ultrasound, but first preg was turminated in regina sask telling me that is all they could due, apparently i had a cyst on my overy, later given a drug for that, rediculous, however nowin my second preg the miscarriage , my period is now gone for 5 months and i tried bith control and nothing and i tried provera now which i am on, What should I do , they did the same thing to my twin sister, we alre both italian, and austrian, and do not know what to do, i asked my Dr. Jemel , she suggested relaxation pills and i seen on her walll she has a certificate in hormone replacement and hormone help so , why is she treating my sister and i like dirt, Here in
