What Causes Miscarriages And Pain In The Ovaries?

Hi I m a 34 year old and had two miscarriges in the past two years. First one at 4 months and second one at 6 weeks. I have a daughter of 6 had no problem with my first pregnancy at all. I went for quantum and they picked up poliosis what medication can I use to cure it. I have none of the symptems just pain in my overies. And I bloat some times I weigh 59 kg and train hard. What must I do from here on.
