What Causes Missed Abortion And When To Try For Baby Again?
i am 27 year old,i had gone thru missed abortion twice within six month recently.both time fetus cardiac activity was not there.i had gone thru all the test hormonal,karyotyping,torch,APTT,3 D scan of uterus everything is normal.plz suggest what may be the reason for missed abortion & when we can try for a baby again

The most common reason for a missed abortion is chromosomal abnormality in the baby.
It may not always be picked up on tests.
You can try again after 3 months.
Take regular folic acid supplements.
