Please tell me now that what should I do, I m terribly varied
In the current scenario, I would suggest a proper clinical evaluation and plan further management because you have already tried medication to induce a medical abortion but to no avail. You may perhaps need a surgical procedure after proper evaluation, blood tests and a sonogram to locate the position of the gestational sac.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
I hope you confirmed your pregnancy by doing ultrasound as there can be possibility of you having ectopic pregnancy that is pregnancy outside uterus and it can be dangerous. Please get your ultrasound done to see where is the pregnancy. If the pregnancy is inside the uterus than you can wait for 2 weeks for bleeding to occur / abortion to complete unless you have heavy bleeding.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Viraj Ramesh Naik, OBGYN
