What Causes Missed Bleeding After Taking Two Tablets Of Gestapro Kit?

Respected Sir/Madam, Iam pregnant from one & half month so yestrday night arund 11pm i had taken Gestapro kit 1tablet & today mrng around 11:30 i had 2 pill of that kit Bt still nt feel that bleeding & no pain of periods So kindly request is to you can u suggest me what shud i wll do & whn i will take anothr tablet is it good for my health or it effects on me or not. Understand your concern.
Gestapro kit should be used after taking proper guidance of gynecologist as preabortion pelvic examination and USG needed to confirm the intrauterine and pregnancy and gestational age of pregnancy. Kit contain 200 mg mifepristone and four tablet of 200 mcg misoprostol. Following prosedure should be used to termination of pregnancy up to 49 days of pregnancy: mifepristone orally followed by 2 tablet of mistoprotol after 48 hour orally or vaginally. If bleeding will not occur, another two tablet should be put in vagina under supervision of gynecologist after 4 hour. Dose and schedule should be modified by gynecologist. Bleeding occur with in 1 -2 hour after using pill in uncomplicated case and whole process will complete in 3-4 days. No bleeding may be due to insufficient dose without proper guidance, ectopic pregnancy.
Wait for bleeding, if dot occur consult the gynecologist for extra dose. Do not try by self at it cause excessive bleeding in some case. Follow up USG should be done at 14th day after using pill.Take proper rest, healthy diet and maintain proper hygiene.
