What Causes Missed Ejaculation Post Masturbation?

Hello sir I am 22 year old boy,... From the past 30 days I am facing a problem. The problm is that when I m doing masterbation then after that the sperm is not coming,...even I am fully exited for sex then Why sperm is not coming ??. Is one month me aisi ky problm ho gai hai?? And also I am facing problm to passing urine.. The urine is passing very slowly slowly.. Plzz give me advise as soon as possible..

Plenty of fluids and fruits.
