What Causes Missed Menstruation Along With Body Pain?

Hi Dr. My wife miss her period last three months but upt test is negative and prolactin level is high 50.2. She take cabergolin 0.25 two tab in two weeks but periods not seen. She feels body pain and feels like pregnant but no nausea feels what is the conclusion

High prolactin can cause delayed periods, so this may be the cause if the pregnancy tests are negative.

She may need to consider imaging of the brain such as CT scan to take a look at her brain.
This would determine if there is a mass in the brain causing the increased prolactin.
