What Causes Missed Period After Having A Successful Abortion?

Hi my wife last month got pregnent. And met doctor.she pricribed unwanted kit. My wife taken. And aborted successful. But now she is not yet menstured till date. May I know the reason. After her period (may 27th last day of the period.) We loved June 13th only. Until we are not sleeping together. Please advice me.

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the history abortion and did not have the menses then it is most advisable to get done the ultrasonography test, because it could be incomplete abortion, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
