Hi

You can go about a home pregnancy test at least 2 weeks since the sexual contact to confirm/rule out pregnancy. But use an early morning urine sample and may be repeat the test twice at least with. 2-3 day gap to make sure the results are dependable.

If/once pregnancy is ruled out we can go ahead with a check on your hormone levels which is quite likely to be imbalanced due to the changes your body has been going through due to the change in medication and discontinuation. Please consult a doctor for that as correction is easily possible.

Best wishes
