What Causes Missed Period Along With Fever?

Hi, usually have irregular period but Last 6 months i have it regularly. i take hormone replacement because i don t have thyroid anymore. the day supposed be my period, i had a fever that lasted for 3 days. i am worried now because i haven t got my period this month. I don t know if i am pregnant or just delayed menstruation (14 days delayed already). Please help me.

Hi,

One should check for pregnancy by using a urine strip or simple blood test For beta HCG will confirm the pregnancy status. One cant says it for sure as removal of thyroid and previous history of irregular cycles, it might suggest that it's just irregular periods. Better would be to confirm and act accordingly.
