What Causes Missed Period Along With Sore Breasts And Drowsiness?

Hi,i had last period on 25th December.we are planning for kids.i sis not get my periods yet.i have done a pregnancy test on 26th Jan but it is negative.i have sore breasts,feeling feverish,sleepy,tired and throat pain,frequent headaches.Am I pregnent? If so when should i test again? Please answer my Query

Hello, Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
If you have not get your period than there are chances of being pregnant. Pregnancy test may be false negative at times if done very early.
I advise you to repeat home pregnancy test using morning urine sample. Please carefully read the instructions given on the kit and follow accordingly.
It can be definitely done now and should give you accurate result.
Please consult a gynecologist for evaluation of missed period if it comes NEGATIVE and for further management of pregnancy if it comes POSITIVE.
