General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the repeated UPT and blood test of beta HCG are negative, chances of uterine pregnancy are ruled out. The most likely possibility here could be ectopic pregnancy involving fallopian tube or adnexa as the pain in lower right side with dizziness, nausea and back ache. Immediately get an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis done for root cause evaluation and management accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
