What Causes Missed Period And Negative UPT?

i had my last period during may 1st week then i get sex june 1st week and end of june i took pregnancy and result is negative .i waited for my period this july month but its not yet coming.i tested again and im negative.i cant barely sleep at night for this.what would be the reasons why i have these,im worried.
