What Causes Missed Period And Nosebleed?

My girlfriend bled from her nose and has missed her period this month and was very late last month .. how likely is it that she is pregnant? Both test we took were inconclusive.. She doesn t want to go to the doctor for the fear of it showering up on the insurance and her parents knowing.. What can I do?

Hello ,
Your concern is appreciated. If a patient with similar complaints come to my clinic, I would enquire whether the couple had unprotected sexual intercouse since the last periods. If yes, then possiblitty of pregnancy has to be ruled out first. As you have mentioned that the tests were inconclusive, i am not clear about that point. Also i would like to know by how many days is the periods delayed. Since last month also her periods were delayed, it may be in similar lines even now. Regarding the nose bleed, I would like to know whether she got hurt in nose or any similar bleeding earlier. If no hurt was received on nose, then the cause of nose bleed needs to found out and for that I would ask you to meet the Doctor. Do feel free to come back for further help.
