What Causes Missed Period And Pain During Sex?

i have missed my period and took a pregnancy test about 3 times.. && it still hasn't came . the test was negative, and seem to now feel uncomfortable. Since then when i have sex I have pain and I feel just uncomfortable below. I have regular discharge, but Im just wondering.
