What Causes Missed Period And Throbbing In Lower Abdomen While HPT Is Negative?

Hi I'm 22 concerned. I haven't had my period for 3 months and I take pregnancy tests and they're negative I also had one done at a check up and it was negative. I noticed yesterday I felt throbbing in my lower abdomen... could this mean I'm pregnant? I've heard of cases where some women always show up negative, except on blood test. What do I do.

I really appreciate your concern, if the pregnancy is the main concern and you are worried about this then best test would be "sonography test" and this need to be don for confirmation of conception, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
