What Causes Missed Period And Vaginal Bleeding With Clot?

I believed I was pregnant back in Oct 2010. On Nov 23, I woke to blood running down my leg. Went to the bathroom...a huge clot in the toliet paper...I havent had a period in 12 wks I believe I may be still pregnant no cravings no sleeping, but looks like my stomach is getting bigger.
