OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

Cramps in abdomen, nausea and heart burn are a common phenomenon when on birth control so I will suggest you to have a symptomatic relief with Pantoprazole and analgesic.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
