What Causes Missed Period Despite Having Contraceptive Pill Post Unprotected Sex?

Hi my friend had one time unprotected sex when she is on her 5th(May 10th)day of periods but she took ECP next day, her last period was May 6th and she still not get her periods this month( her periods are 28- 35 days)but only spotting and she got negative pregnancy test on June 22nd. She had spotting problems in between the periods because of her endometriosis, ovarian cyst and fibroids. She is 43 yrs old and do they get pregnant at this age or is it hormones or premenopausal problem? Where do we get mifepristone & misoprostol pills & how to do use that? Can She still use it after She took one more hpt? She can t go to see the doctor because of her insurance now. Please help her, thanks

there in no chance that she can be pregnant as she was on her safe period and also she tool emergency contraceptive pills.

the delay may be due to hormonal imbalance also can be related to her premenopausal problems.

she can take it . but for getting you will need a doctor prescription.

also ask her to take diet rich in calcium like egg and milk as she will need lots of calcium here after.

take food rich in green leafy vegetable and fruits.
