What Causes Missed Period While On Homeopathic Medication For PCOS?
I am suffering from PCOS from 1 year. I have been taking regular medicine which has regulated my periods to a 30 day cylce. I was suppose to get my periods on 15th November, but I am 22 days late and still haven t got my period. I had sex around 3 weeks back. I am still taking my PCOS medication which is homeopathic but it isn t helping. What do I do?
If your cycles were regular following treatment and you are sexually active, it is essential to look for pregnancy if you have missed your period.
Kindly take urine pregnancy test along with undertaking trans-vaginal ultrasound scan. Kindly consult Obstetrician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
