What Causes Missed Period While Trying To Conceive?

Hai doctor. I am 26, in 5th July 2016 had period after 30 days I have last period on 4 Aug 2016. We are trying to baby. Yet the period didn t come. I took dettol test in first urine. It is positive. But I take a test with mid day urine. That is negative. I confused. Am I pregnant or not?

You can go for a beta HCG test to confirm whether you are pregnant or not. Beta HCG is the confirmatory test for pregnancy.
