What Causes Missed Periods After Being Sterilized And On Duromine For Weight Loss?

Hi, I m sterilized and will be 4 years in Oct, however i normally receive my period a few days earlier or later but this time around i have not yet got my period. I last had it 15 June and it will either come before or a few days later. I used Duromine (30mg) but stopped after a week to loose a bit of weight but now i am not sure if that made my period stop or if it could lead to pregnancy. Today i actually do feel nauseous and worried now that i can be pregnant. Can this happen after being sterilized.

After Sterilisation there is 0.1 percent chance of pregnancy that means 1 out of 100 sterilised women.
This occurs as a result of rejoining of the separated ends of fallopian tubes.
You do your urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
You can than take tablet primolut N to get periods.
