What Causes Missed Periods After Having Protected Sex?

i am a young teenager and had protected sex december 9th 210 and on december 26th i had a period.but after that i havnt had a period in 3 months im worried because im not sure what to do,my mom is worrying and she has no idea ive had sex but i need to know if its possible i might be pregnate?
