Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. I will be able to comment better if you can send me the details of any investigations done. As per your symptoms, it appears as though you have a vaginal infection, a possible urinary infection also and together they have caused the menstrual disturbance. A swab of the vagina, cervix, a pap smear, a pelvic/trans-vaginal sonogram, urinalysis and blood counts are all needed to clarify the cause. Your sexual partner, if any, also should be tested and treated if necessary. Please maintain proper genital hygiene. Further management can be planned after investigation. Hope this helps.
