What Causes Missed Periods Along With Pink Vaginal Discharge And Stomach Ache?

I missed my period then my breasts feeling sick ect kicked in i had a feeling I was pregnant had some light pink discharge it wasn t much then a few days later I spotted brown now full on vibrant red with pains in my lower back and cramps in tummy also shooting pains tingles in my legs

Breast tenderness, vaginal discharge, abdominal cramps and missed period might be a sign of implantation and early pregnancy. Go for a pregnancy test with the first-morning sample of urine and see your gynecologist.
