What Causes Missed Periods And Abdominal Pain?

Hi doctor,

i have missed my periods 60days back and it showed negative in pregnancy test. Now i have few symptoms of Pregnancy and also i have pain around my stomach which i feel during my periods. I am afraid whether i will get periods instead of pregnancy. Please suggst
