What Causes Missed Periods And Nausea While Breastfeeding A Child?

I had a baby four months ago (breastfeeding almost exclusively), and still haven't gotten a period. Now I'm having some cramping, headaches, and a constant low-grade nausea. I'm worried I'm pregnant. How can I tell if I'm pregnant or just experiencing pms symptoms?
