What Causes Missed Periods And Orange Spotting After Sex?

O.k hello I haven't had sex since christmas eve and since then my period has change it comes on a different day every month until may after may I haven't had a period on august 4 I had sex and the condom broke durning his moment and he knew but didn't tell me I have been feeling sick for a few day a few day befor this happend I started to spot orange blood then stopped today I started my period I think I first started with a lot of pressure and the it followed with bright reddish orange with a lot of pressure but it's not a heavy flow it's spotty what's wrong with me what is happening to my body
