What Causes Missed Periods Despite A Negative UPT?

Took a HPT it was -ve, took Beta HCG it was negative again around 45 dayys after my missed period.Then took meprate 2 times a day for 5days. Its been 1 week since I stopped meprate, still no sign of periods. It's been more than 60 days since my missed period, what could be the reason, could I be pregnant still? If yes, why earlier tests were negative?

Hello,

I think you are not pregnant. Blood test detect pregnancy really early. I think the delay period that doesn't respond to migrate may come from menopause. I don't know your age but I suppose it is menopause the reason.
