What Causes Missed Periods, Fever And Headache?

My wife has missed her periods this time. Today is her 34th day. She is quite worried about the fever accompanied with headache, she is getting most of times for the last two weeks or so. She has a history of two miscarriages in the last three years. We are married for the last ten years and still couldn`t have a proper pregnancy.
