What Causes Missed Periods, Leg And Back Pain And Itchy Skin?

Hello, I miss my period a lot! Well my legs have been aching and my lower back and my skin has been itchy. I also feel nauseous, but im not pregnant. I had a really hard time sleeping last night. But I still have all those symptoms today. What might this be?
