What Causes Missed Periods Post Laparoscopy?

hey i am only 21 and i had a laproscopy done. I had a period the day before and since than have not had one. It now is a week late. I only had a cyst removed off my right ovary. I spotted for one day very little, and have had clear discharge, very wet. I am also really tired.....should i be concerned???
