What Causes Missed Periods, Weight Gain And Migraines While HPT Is Negative?

I ve haven t had a period in over 4 months now. I have slight cramping but that s it. Migranes. Weight gain. Acne. Heart burn. Mood swings. Iv taken pregnancy tests but all negative. Even had to do a pee test for pregnancy before an X-ray st dr office and that was negative as well. What could be wrong?
