What Causes Missed Periods When Not Pregnant?

Hello, I have not had my period for 4 months and I went to the doctors and did a urine test and i am not pregnant. About 5 months ago I stopped using birth control, got my period the next day that i stopped using it, and then it has not come again since. Is there a reason for this? Thank you for reading

Hi,

I think that this condition of your can be due to hormonal irregularities so I will suggest you to have a thyroid profile test and prolactin test done. Also, start a course of Medroxyprogesterone tablet 10 mg for 10 days.
