General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I want to know what type of birth control you are taking. If you are taking any depo or patch then this delay and spotting can be normal. If you are having estro- progestative pills then you may need evaluation .Also diet changes can can cause delay in periods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka
