What Causes Missed Periods While On Copper-T?

hi,i hav an 2 year old son and till date ia hav regular periods since last 2months i hav no periods....i never misss out my periods....and iam using copper t..some times i feel i will start periods today or 2mrw..but i dont get....should i worry for this situation.plz help
