What Causes Missed Periods With Abdominal, Back And Neck Pain?

My last period was on Aug. 28th and itis now Oct 14th. I have taken four pregnancy tests a few days apart and all were negative. Also, I have abdominal pain, severe back and neck pain, gained weight, and I am tired all the time now. Whats wrong with me?
