Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Not getting periods for over a year means that you have secondary amenorrhea or menopause. Negative urine pregnancy test rules out pregnancy in your case. Dizziness and stomach pain can be due to many causes like gastroenteritis, peptic ulcers or intestinal bleeding. It seems completely unrelated to your periods. I will suggest you to consult a physician for proper examination, investigations and treatment accordingly. Hope you found the answer helpful.
