What Causes Missed Periods With Negative Pregnancy Tests?

I have been on Loestrin fe 24 for a year now. I have not gotten my period since Jan 12th. I have been extrmemely tired and my back hurts all the time?? I have taken 7 pregnancy tests and 3 ultrasounds and im not pregnant.

Why am i not getting my period?
