What Causes Missed Periods With No Pregnancy Symptoms?

Ive recently missed two periods and im not sure how common this is , ive recently became sexually active always used a form of protection example Condoms , they have been fine And used properly everytime, I am not on any contraceptives myself, ive taken multiple (6) at home pregnancy tests , ive had no pregnancy symptoms besides for cramping here and they all came back negative,ive been stressing a large amount about this is there a chance i could be pregnant ? I know i have irregular periods but im not sure this time?
