What Causes Missed Periods?

I HAD sex with my girlfriend about 16 days ago , ,but the penetration was not deep , even i had pulled out my penis when i was to cum , she had to had a period on 26th oct but till now she has not gone through the period , ,is she pregnent? ------sudhiirr

Hello

Period may be delayed some times even in those ladies who have regular periods.
Since you had unprotected sex,I suggest for urine pregnancy test.Two dark lines on the card confirms pregnancy.
Ejaculating outside is not 100 % safe because pre-ejaculation may contain sperms.
