What Causes Missing Of Periods And Back Pain?

I have no period for the past 7 years, after gave birth to my daughter. I had an implant inserted down below ( which is i forgot what it called ) I had a serious back pain, my questions are : 1- whay am i not having any period? 2 - is my back pain happened because of missing my periods?
