What Causes Missing Periods After Tubes Are Untied?

ur health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I am 44 had tubes untied last year was told my fsh is now high 17. I also had tubes checked one was blocked. Now after having 25 day cycle I missed my cycle this month. Hot x2 neg result! Could I still be pregnant?
